Common questions.
Does Dose work without internet?
Yes. Dose is a desktop-first application — your POS, inventory, and cashier sessions all work fully offline. The system syncs to the web in the background when a connection is available, with conflict detection and a dispatcher that retries automatically.
How does multi-branch billing work?
Pricing starts at 500 EGP/month for one branch and adds +200 EGP/month for each additional branch. Pay yearly to save the equivalent of two months, and the first 50 pharmacies get 50% off automatically. POS terminals within a branch are unlimited on every paid plan.
Is the drug catalog included?
Yes. Every plan includes the full Egyptian drug catalog with active ingredients, alternatives, barcodes, and price history — synced automatically from our web service. You can layer pharmacy-owned overrides on top of any system record.
Can I switch or cancel later?
Anytime. Upgrades are prorated to the day, downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle, and cancellation is one click in settings. Your local data and backups remain yours.
What about Arabic support?
Dose ships with full English/Arabic localization and right-to-left layout. You can switch language per-user without changing the installation.
